At She’s Balanced, all services are currently self-pay. While we’re actively working to become in-network with various insurance providers, at this time, we are considered out-of-network. As a client, you’ll need to submit your bill directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We’re committed to making this process as smooth as possible and will provide all necessary documentation to assist you.
Policy
Meeting Attendance and No-Show Policy
At She’s Balance, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional support during all scheduled meetings. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following attendance and no-show guidelines:
- Attendance Expectations: Clients are expected to attend all scheduled meetings promptly. Please ensure you are prepared and available at the agreed time.
- Rescheduling:If you need to reschedule a meeting, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled meeting without prior notice will be considered a no-show. After one no-show, future appointments may require prepayment or additional confirmation to ensure attendance.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the meeting may be rescheduled or canceled at the consultant’s discretion.
- Emergencies: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
